Another Great Home And Design Custom Home Feature On Our Magnolia Model

This month, our Magnolia model at Parkstone estates in The Concession was featured in Home and Design Magazine. This very special home gave the Perrone Construction team a chance to work with some of the best minds in the industry. Here’s a link to our Home and Design Custom Home – this year’s signature home.

Architecture:

With some of his hallmark cues, this is clearly a home designed by renowned architect Clifford Scholz. Regarded and sought after for his ability to create traditional homes that stay true to the roots of their architectural styles, Cliff is a master of traditional architecture. We’ve worked with Cliff for over thirty years and have even built his personal residences. We are always impressed with CMSA’s ability to deliver stunning designs for our clients consistently.

Century Furniture:

The Century Furniture design team, headed by Ron Fiore, really took this project to the next level. Through this partnership, we had access to celebrity interior designers like Windsor Smith and Thomas O’Brien – plus some of their newest not-yet-to-market furniture. The team worked on all aspects of interior design from fabric and wall color selections to tile and wood flooring approvals and of course furniture and accent pieces.

Emilio Sadez at Interior Design Source really helped to bring the team together. The Magnolia was Home and Design magazine’s signature home this year in large part due to our partnership with Emilio. He and his team were huge in coordinating the interior design aspects of the project from furnishing logistics to installation and helping with keeping the team on task and focused on the goal of having this home ready for publication.
