A Sarasota native who grew up on Siesta Key, Jacqueline brings a lifelong connection to Florida’s Gulf Coast and an intimate understanding of the communities, waterfront properties, and people that define the region. Her career has been built around cultivating meaningful relationships, guiding complex real estate initiatives, and creating exceptional client experiences—expertise that naturally complements Perrone Construction’s legacy of crafting architecturally significant custom homes.
As Vice President of Business Development, Jacqueline serves as an advocate throughout the earliest stages of the custom home journey. Working alongside homeowners, architects, interior designers, brokers, and consultants, she helps assemble the right team, align vision with feasibility, and guide clients confidently through the design and preconstruction process to completion. Her role extends well beyond business development, ensuring each opportunity reflects Perrone Construction’s commitment to thoughtful collaboration, exceptional craftsmanship, and enduring value.
Before joining Perrone Construction, Jacqueline served as Business Development Director for Berlin Patten Ebling, one of Florida’s premier real estate law firms. During her tenure, she helped expand the firm from a single boutique office to five locations throughout Florida while strengthening its reputation as one of the area’s most respected and progressive real estate law practices. Working closely with attorneys, developers, brokers, lenders, and title professionals, she developed a comprehensive understanding of complex real estate transactions, contract negotiation, land acquisition, and due diligence—knowledge that continues to provide meaningful value to Perrone’s clients as they navigate the earliest stages of custom homeownership.
Earlier in her career, Jacqueline served as Membership Services Director for the Siesta Key Chamber of Commerce, where she developed lasting relationships throughout Sarasota’s business and civic communities. That local foundation continues to inform her work today, providing clients with a unique understanding of the Gulf Coast’s neighborhoods, market dynamics, and professional network.
Passionate about architecture, design, and the collaborative process, Jacqueline believes the best homes begin with meaningful conversations long before construction starts. She is dedicated to creating a highly personalized experience that allows clients to enjoy the journey as much as the finished home.
