The $7 million closing price bests any in at least the past decade for a home on Longboat Key’s bayside.
The Perrone Construction and CMSA teams are no strangers to their homes setting records at re-sale. The sale of Acqua Vita, their custom waterfront home on Longboat Key, comes just one month after another record sale of a home on Bird Key. The team had previously collaborated on the Bird Key home – and at $8.6 million it set a record for the highest price ever paid for a home on Bird Key.
