Grand Aurora Award Winner 2024 – The Cascade House | Best Custom Home over 10,000sf
The Sarasota-based, luxury custom home builder, Perrone Construction, has been honored as a Grand Aurora Award winner in the 2024 Aurora Awards presented by the Southeast Building Conference of the National Home Builder’s Association. As a Grand Aurora Award winner, Perrone Construction is one of the top recipients of the Aurora Awards recognizing outstanding achievement by builders in the entire Southeastern United States and Eastern Caribbean.
Perrone Construction has been awarded for the Best Custom Home Over 10,000sf for its build of ‘The Cascade House’, a modern British West Indies inspired estate in Harbor Acres that is most notable as Sarasota’s highest priced home ever sold. The Cascade House has also been featured on the cover of Luxe Magazine, featuring one of the most talented project teams in the southeast comprised of Perrone Construction, Stofft Cooney Architects, Wolf Design Group, Design Galleria Kitchen & Bath, and Hazeltine Nurseries Landscape. Built in 2022, the Cascade House later sold in March 2024 for the most expensive residential sale in Sarasota/Manatee Counties at $20 million in an all-cash deal.
Established in 1979, Aurora Awards are presented annually to outstanding builders, planners, architects, developers, designers, interior merchandisers and other housing-related professionals.
