The Sarasota-based, luxury custom home builder, Perrone Construction, has been honored with four national awards by the National Association of Home Builders. The accolades were presented at the NAHB National Awards and the Best in American Living Awards (BALA) during the recent International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas. The awards honor industry professionals for homes and communities across the United States and Canada. There were roughly 150 finalists this year.

Perrone Construction has been awarded for the Best Custom Home Over 10,000sf for its build of ‘The Cascade House’, a modern British West Indies inspired estate in Harbor Acres that is most notable as Sarasota’s highest priced home ever sold. The Cascade House has also been featured on the cover of Luxe Magazine, featuring one of the most talented project teams in the southeast comprised of Perrone Construction, Stofft Cooney Architects, Wolf Design Group, Design Galleria Kitchen & Bath, and Hazeltine Nurseries Landscape. Built in 2022, the Cascade House later sold in March 2024 for the most expensive residential sale in Sarasota/Manatee Counties at $20 million in an all-cash deal.
