Sarasota New Home

For nearly four decades our company has focused on strictly waterfront construction. Recently we have been asked to take part in a new enclave of homes within The Concession neighborhood called The Parkstone Estates. The developers idea was to restore the architectural and quality standards to this section of the neighborhood. This was the first home we built in The Parkstone Estates which was a guest home for the developer. This Sarasota new home was designed by renown local traditional architect Clifford Scholz.
