We are honored to be a part of an exceptional new home construction project that recently broke ground on the glistening shores of the Sanderling Club. Equipped with an award-winning team, this gulf front estate will be sure to leave a legacy in what many consider to be one of Florida’s best preserved, exclusive communities, the Sanderling Club.

One of the most mysterious and hidden gems of Siesta Key can be found on the south end of the key. This exclusive community sits amidst a jungle of tree canopies, lush tropical foliage, and sandy shores. The Sanderling Club is a 2-mile stretch of gulf front properties developed by an early ecologist and visionary who sought to preserve old Florida. Despite the passing of time, it has endured and is much the same today as it was when it was developed in the 1940s-50s.

As you coast through the narrow winding roads of the private community, you are swept away from the bustle of today to a verdant tropical world that is safeguarded to preserve its stunning natural habitat. The Sanderling Club is home to internationally recognized architect Paul Rudolph. His design of the ‘Sanderling Clubhouse and Cabanas’ earned him worldwide notoriety and has been registered under the National Registrar of Historic Places.
