Sarasota FL Waterfront Home Buildout

This project was started just a couple of weeks ago. This property was nice and high and located in and “A” zone so spread footer construction was elected as an option over piling. Check this blog for regular updates on this new Sarasota FL waterfront home.

At this point the following has been accomplished:

• Pins have been set
• Footers have been laid out
• Footers have been dug
• Steel has been set
• Steel has been bonded
• Footers have been poured
• Conduit has been placed at penetrations
• Stem wall has been laid up
• Stemwall has been poured
• Stemwall has been backfilled
• Under slab rough ins for HVAC, Plumbing, Gas and Electric have been completed.
• Inspections have been conducted for each stage above
